Screenfeed has built an easy way to add a popup menu of content for a friendly customer facing solution, or optionally directly managing your customers’ feeds behind the scenes.

1. Provisioned Accounts API 
   
   1. Manage customer accounts under your parent account.
   2. The Provisioned Account API allows integrators to manage customer accounts under their Screenfeed parent account using their own account identifiers. This API is used if your business model requires you to create and manage customer accounts and subscriptions from your system as the source of truth.
   3. Custom Account IDs: Create accounts using your own identifiers (external IDs), eliminating the need to store and map Screenfeed-generated IDs
   4. Parent-Child Relationship: All accounts are automatically created under your parent account
   5. Full Account Lifecycle Management:
      
      • Create new customer accounts
      • List all customer accounts or retrieve specific ones
      • Archive accounts when no longer needed
   6. Subscription Management:
      
      • Create new subscriptions for customers
      • Update existing subscription details
      • View all subscriptions or get specific subscription information
   7. Additional Considerations
      
      • External IDs must be unique within your system
      • IDs are case-insensitive and can contain alphanumeric characters, hyphens, and underscores
      • Archived accounts can be restored by contacting Screenfeed Support
      • All accounts created through these endpoints are automatically established under your partner account, creating a parent-child relationship. This provides a clear hierarchy and simplifies account management.

2. Delegated Accounts API 
   
   • The Delegated Accounts API enables integrators to access Screenfeed resources on behalf of existing Screenfeed customer accounts. This approach is ideal for integration scenarios where customers maintain their own direct relationship with Screenfeed.
   • OAuth 2.0 Authentication: Secure access through standard OAuth 2.0 + OpenID Connect authorization flow. Alternative authentication methods will be considered upon request.
