Sales Account Manager at Minnesota’s Fastest Growing Cloud-based Media Company
We're on a mission to find the next person who will have a big impact on our company. We’re in need of a really talented, motivated and genuine person who can use their combination of sales, support and technical knowledge to build relationships with our customers and help us to continue growing.
The right candidate is someone who gets energy from relationships with others. Someone who loves being a problem-solver, takes a consultative sales approach and has a good understanding of media and web technology. Relationships with our clients are the lifeblood of the company and in this role you’ll help us grow and support those relationships, while also being part of our internal product development. We really expect the person filling this role will have a significant impact on our company!
Screenfeed is a media production company driven by web technologies that serves a unique niche - dynamic content for use on commercial digital displays. Through innovation and hard work, Screenfeed has become the leader in this niche. We serve over 150,000 screens located in airports, gas stations, banks, theme parks, even the Pentagon – with dynamic content every day. Our small, but powerful company has been listed on the Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing, private companies in the U.S. five times. More importantly, we are a group of 17 people who offer a variety of talents that we focus on solving challenging problems together.
You will work within our ‘Connections’ department which is responsible for sales, customer care and marketing. Your specific role will challenge you to both cultivate new relationships with inbound leads while of a set of existing customers.
You will be trained (sometimes by self discovery) on Screenfeed’s products, services and delivery methods and will be expected to explain them to your customers. You will also be asked to learn several digital signage content management systems offered by our partners in order to explain to your customers how to integrate Screenfeed’s dynamic content onto their screens.

- An understanding of web technologies (no coding)
- Working directly with customers on technical products
- Having been part of a team that builds apps, websites, media or software
- Working within a small company
- Digital signage experience (bonus, not required)
- Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM SaaS alternatives (bonus, not required)
